Amber is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She’s willing to put in the extra time to make sure everything gets done properly; a far cry from the other realtors I’ve dealt with who focus more on turnover than anything else. Highly recommend!

6/7/2022 - Bought  vacant Land in 2022 in Fort garland, CO.

Amber was very quick to respond to our call. She was patient with us as we tried to come down to visit the properties, and had to reschedule numerous times. She was friendly and had a sincere desire to help us find just what we were looking for. She was knowledable and honest. She waded through the snow to walk the boundaries of the properties. 12/29/2022  - Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Fort garland, CO.

I met Amber when I was looking to buy property in Forbes Park. She was able to answer every question I had about the Park and the surrounding area. I was working with her remotely and she made me feel like I was right there with her even though I was 2000 miles away. She took the time to go out to properties and take video and photos. Her communication was great whether it was on the phone, via text, or email. She made me feel confident that I was making the right decision on the property I chose. The transaction was smooth and I look forward to working with her again.

-I was looking to purchase an unknown chunk of land in an unknown part of Colorado. Not knowing what I wanted, I got a hold of Amber and could not have been happier with the entire experience. She sent me multiple listings that she thought might interest me And I loved all of them. She’s super easy going, helpful, informative, and really just all around knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. 03/18/2021 - Sold a Vacant Land home in 2021 in Fort Garland, CO.

-Amber Lawrence is simply the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I live in California and wanted to sell a piece of property (undeveloped land) near Ft. Garland and was so lucky to be referred to Amber by a friend. She was very knowledgeable about the location of my property and some of the potential pros and cons associated with it. To determine its fair market value, she actually went out to walk the land in the middle of winter and determined it could be listed at the top end of the price point for the area. After that, the paperwork process was easy because she was always available to answer all my questions, she took photos of the land and listed it as soon as possible on multiple platforms and we had a buyer at full price within one week. I could not be happier! I highly recommend Amber Lawrence!

-I have owned a lot in Colorado for many, many years yet I live in South Carolina. I actually had no idea of how I was going to sell this property. Amber was referred to me and she had the paperwork done and the property listed within days........and sold within 2 weeks. As I could not come to CO for closing she had everything arranged and the closing went off without a hitch within a few weeks. She was incredibly responsive , always getting back to me even if I had emailed her questions late in the evening. I couldn't have had a better experience and would recommend her over and over again.

-I have been to Colorado a number of times and have fallen in love with the mountains each time. We contacted Amber, told her what we would like to look at, and within the next few days she had a list to show us. Since we lived so far away, we could only be there a few days looking at properties. She was very knowledgeable, understand of needs/wants, passionate and her response time to my texts/emails were great! She had all of the answers to our questions and never hesitated to let us know anything and everything throughout our process on closing. She also isn’t afraid to negotiate to try and get the best deal for her buyers! I would choose Amber Lawrence over and over again if I had to!
